Women of Montenegro 1 – Memory Game

Women of Montenegro 1 is an educational memory game and the first in a series dedicated to women who changed the history of Montenegro.

Through 20 carefully selected stories, the game introduces women who left their mark as rulers, queens, princesses, warriors, revolutionaries, politicians, ministers, ambassadors, artists, writers and feminists.

Based on the monograph Women of Montenegro, the game uses illustrations and short biographical stories to introduce different periods of Montenegrin history and women whose lives, work and actions challenged the boundaries of their time.

The game combines play, learning and discovering history, encouraging memory and concentration while opening conversations about equality, education, culture, freedom and the position of women throughout Montenegrin history.

A game for the whole family, an educational tool and an authentic gift from Montenegro – created to introduce women whose lives, work and actions left their mark on Montenegrin history.

Rules of the game: Shuffle the cards and lay them face down. On each turn, turn over two cards. If they match, keep them and turn over two new cards. If they do not match, it is the next player’s turn. The goal is to collect as many cards as possible, so remember where each card is. Good luck!
