Women of Montenegro 2 – Memory Game

Women of Montenegro 2 is an educational memory game and the second in a series dedicated to women who changed the course of Montenegro’s history.

Through 20 carefully selected stories, the game introduces women who made their mark as rulers, princesses, fighters, revolutionaries, doctors, artists, writers, educators and women’s rights activists.

From Kosara Teodora Vojislavljević, Mara Marija Crnojević and Blessed Ozana of Kotor to Queen Milena Petrović-Njegoš and Jelena Vicković, Olga Lazović – Olgivanna Lloyd Wright, Lidia Jovanović, Ksenija Vujović-Tošić and Maja Perfiljeva, the game uses illustrations and short biographical stories to introduce different periods of Montenegrin history and women who challenged the boundaries of their time.

The game combines play, learning and discovering history, encouraging memory and concentration while opening conversations about equality, education, culture, freedom and the position of women throughout Montenegro’s history.

A game for the whole family, an educational tool and an authentic gift from Montenegro – created to introduce the women whose lives, work and actions left a lasting mark on Montenegrin history.

Rules of the game: Shuffle the cards and lay them face down. On each turn, turn over two cards. If they match, keep them and turn over two new cards. If they do not match, it is the next player’s turn. The goal is to collect the most cards, so remember where each card is. Good luck!
