Lake Skadar, the largest freshwater surface in Southeastern Europe and one of the most remarkable symbols of Montenegro’s natural wealth, has received its own educational game. Miraculous World of Lake Skadar is a new memory game designed for children, parents, schools, and all those who believe that learning about nature should be inspiring, enjoyable, and accessible to everyone.
Through 20 pairs of cards featuring carefully selected plant and animal species that inhabit Lake Skadar and its surroundings, this game invites exploration, reflection, and connection with nature. From the Dalmatian pelican and the Hermann’s tortoise to the unusual water chestnut – each card carries knowledge, a story, and a call to protect the environment.
“With the memory game Miraculous World of Lake Skadar, children and adults will have the opportunity to discover the fascinating creatures of this special area, which is also a national park. Through play, we will have fun and be reminded of how important it is to protect nature, explore the lake and its surroundings, and learn how to care for the environment,” said Ana Pajović from studio ribizla, which stands behind this latest edition of memory games, united under the creative project Miraculous Montenegro.
